Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Guidelines
Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from pet hair, stains, or damage
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Poop Bags & Dispensers (opened or unopened)
- Used or opened pet care products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Important Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene concerns, all poop bags and dispensers are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our furry friends safe and healthy!
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Include the RMA number on your package and ship to:
